Straitgate High School hosted its much-anticipated Annual Cultural Day celebration, a vibrant event that showcased the rich and diverse heritage of Nigeria. The event, held on the school premises, brought together students, teachers, parents, and members of the community in a colorful display of cultural pride and unity.

Students from various ethnic backgrounds presented traditional dances, songs, and dramas reflecting the traditions of Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, and other tribes. The highlight of the event was the "Cultural Parade," where students proudly displayed traditional attire from across Nigeria, accompanied by explanations of the historical significance of each dress style.

In her opening address, the principal, Mrs. Adeola Johnson, emphasized the importance of preserving Nigeria's cultural heritage. "Cultural Day is not just a celebration of our diversity but a platform to educate our young ones about the beauty of our shared history and values," she said.

Parents also actively participated in the event by organizing food stalls offering local delicacies such as jollof rice, moi-moi, amala, and egusi soup, which were enjoyed by all attendees. The event concluded with an awards ceremony where students were recognized for their performances and creativity. The Cultural Day celebration reaffirmed XYZ Secondary School's commitment to fostering cultural awareness and inclusivity among its students.

I love the way the instructor goes about the course. So easy to follow, even though a
    little bit challenging as expected.
